Description: Honeydew honey is produced by bees from trees and agricultural plants. Honeydew honey from the Amber series is honeydew honey from coniferous and deciduous honeydew. They differ in color, texture, taste, aroma and speed of crystallization. They are denser than nectar honeys and contain more minerals, especially potassium, phosphorus, chlorine, sulfur, calcium, magnesium and iron. They are recommended for people who work a lot on the computer and mentally.
Minerals and vitamins: flowerbee ™ honeydew honey has over 9 times more bioelements than in classic nectar honeys. It is very rich in phosphorus, sodium, magnesium, calcium, potassium and manganese, as well as in vitamins K, PP, C, B2, B6 and A. In addition, honeydew honey also contains tin, silver, vanadium and molybdenum.
Health effect: high antibiotic and bactericidal activity. It has antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and expectorant properties, and supports the human immune system. They are recommended for diseases of the respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract, heart, circulatory system, nervous system, and digestive disorders.
Storage: it is best to store the barrel in its own packaging – a tube, it provides adequate darkening and protects against rapid temperature changes (thermos effect). Optimum home storage temperature up to + 18℃ (64F) (the lower the better). The optimal temperature is around 9-12℃ (48-54F). See also collecting and long-term storage.
Ecology: our honeys are obtained in ecologically clean areas, away from industry and human centers. This is our priority!
The packaging materials we use are 100% recyclable and made of secondary raw materials. We mainly use: glass, steel, paper, wood. We do not use plastic.
Quality: each apiary is audited by us in terms of processing quality and ecology.
Each batch of honey is tested by an independent laboratory of the Institute of Horticulture, Apiculture Department in Pulawy, Poland. Each batch of honey is examined by a local veterinarian.
